  We ordered our food at 5:22pm. After an hour and a half we tried calling. We called over 20 times and got no answer. At 7:10 my husband drove over to find out where our food was. He saw the delivery driver walking out the door and asked if he had our order. He said no, it was still on the rack. My husband also stated that there were 3 delivery vehicles parked in the parking lot. It was very busy inside. Our receipt was cashed out at 7:23... 2 hours! At the store they removed the delivery fee and said sorry because they were busy. When he got home, the food was lukewarm. It had been sitting for awhile. We called the store again and finally got through. The manager was gracious over the phone and reversed our dinner charge and gave us a credit; which we appreciate. However, I have worked in that business before... if it is too busy or you are short on drivers... you give realistic delivery times and/or cut off delivery orders until caught up. The more angry people you create, the more money you lose... whether it be the stuff you giveaway to remedy the situation or the future business you lose!

  Went in and ordered a chicken BBQ pizza no onions and a medium pepperoni pizza went to Walmart came back to pickup my food I get handed one pizza they never rang up my 2nd pizza so I paid 16.99 for one pizza omg that's ridiculous they did fix it when a manager stepped in had to wait another 7 mins was just a mess pizza was awful too if I could rate with no stars I would don't waste your time or money just go somewhere else
